I never much noticed music until the Beatles came along. They inspired me to think that maybe I could do this too. So, I took piano lessons in grade school and when I got into high school some friends wanted to start a band and talked me into learning bass instead of buying a cheap organ.
I got serious after high school, playing in several bands – Telemann, Stryder (with Mike C. of Groove Junkies fame), Ylem, Batstone, Signature, Network, and Tailor Made, plus playing as a solo act between Network and Tailor Made. Along the way, I have made some great friendships, experienced some of the highs and lows of the music business, and met the love of my life, Donna.
Like the other Junkies, I’m having a riot playing with these guys!
